The handle seems to stick when trying to collapse it back down. Not smooth like some other brands of luggage I've had. I feel like that would make it prone to breaking over time. Too bad as it seemed like a good value otherwise. I'm going to return it and buy another brand.

Suitcase handle area completely destroyed after one trip!! My baggage only weighed 43lbs when the max weight for most airlines is 50lbs! Reached to my destination and my bag was messed up. I have had bags that have last year’s besides going through the hardship of baggage handling….this is the first time ever purchasing a luggage set and after one use and the luggage is destroyed.

Suit case, was very easily able to tear and while on vacation. First time using it. Totally embarrassing.

I’m not a frequent traveler so I didn’t want to spend a lot on a new set of luggage. I really bought this because I wanted a full wheelie upgrade from my traditional old wheeled bag. Finally traveled and the large suitcase did not have a great checked bag experience. The front tag came off at some point during my outbound flight so it was a red flag as to how flimsy this set is. There was a good size tear on the upper backside after my flight home. Did it serve its purpose? Sure, this time. Will this get many more efficient uses if checked? Doubtful.

Zippers are extremely weak. Do not buy. It will last 1 or 2 trips

The first time I used the large suitcase the zipper broke off the front.

Like everyone else, it worked for 2 trips. End of the second trip the handle was broken, the name plates had come off, there were tears on the outside. Great price but not great quality. You definitely get what you paid for here.

Went on my trip and the big one broke on the way back. One time use basically. Logo came off and I got scratched a few times by it since it was hanging by a thread. The wheel keep folding so it would roll properly.
