The handle came broken so I'm giving it a 1 star.

A lot of defects ! Bad quality

This luggage set is a joke. Used once and the front top pocket on the large bag completely ripped out. All the other bags are super flimsy and are complete junk.

Bad Quality, They Broke In The First Trip

Poor quality and abysmal customer service.

Thought it was a decent standard suitcase set. The wheel on largest one broke AFTER ONE FLIGHT! O N E! Such a waste of money, I am infuriated!

Damaged, fragile; Merchandise material is not quality expected. Luggage spinners don’t spin well, color is not true to purchase, wanted burgundy, merchandise is more of a grape color.

Wish I could get a refund! 1st flight, the largest suitcase had ripped down the back. We assumed the airline miss handled it. Next flight, the slightly smaller suitcase was used and the handle was bent making it nearly impossible to extend and pull. Then the wheel fell off! Very poor quality and an inconvenience while traveling.

The top handle broke after the second use.

Have only used it a few times and the wheel has broken and there’s holes in the outside pocket.
