broken wheel after one use

Damaged looks used already and they returned it and Target resold it

The quality of the product is bad.

This bag was returned by another owner It had a card addressed to someone else in it

Fabric is very cheap and looks horrible. Wheel broke on 28” bag after first use. You get what you pay for

The bags were very poor quality.I don't recommended

good ensemble of three usable pieces. Large Medium and Carryon small. 7m after, thrid trip, front right wheel collapses, as base board broke apart... leaving the suitcase unable to stand tall. Wrote to CS, asked for pictures, sent pictures and receipt, including all labels inside, wrote twice. Getting ghosted. 4 stars for value. but you get what you pay for. _FIVE_ year warranty ???

Poor quality & extremely poor durability

Brought Black Friday as an early college gift for daughter. Just used for mice in and the suit case is tilting over. The bottom material is not solid and the wheels bend in…not good. Looking for warrenty info since last return window!

Bought set for international travel. Big Suitcase tore open on first trip. Not worth it at all. Waste of money.
