I was very disappointed to receive the hats and see that they were NOT the colors as pictured. I chose “coffee” and “blue”, which were shown as a medium/dark brown, and a medium blue. What I received was one BLACK hat, and one super-dark navy blue that looks black. Very disappointed.

Did not fit my head, the quality is fair at best. I will give these to my grandchildren

This is a plastic like material. Definitely not a Tilley, but I can abuse it in the yard without feeling guilty about my "style"

Drawstring is not centered neither are the snaps on the side. Makes the whole hat look off.

Hat has snaps on the bottom but no snaps to snap it to. They are missing! Useless!!! I like the hat but didn't come as advertised.

Very large for our heads. Both hats purchased are huge. There is a tightening string to help but this makes the hats look ridiculous on us.

A lifeguard tried to drag me out of the water because it looks like I was bleeding. The buttons will rust as soon as it’s get wet and will look like blood

Cheap, floppy material, it was shipped folded into quarters so it arrives misshapen, and too small for a 23 3/4 head. Not sure what I was expecting for 10 bucks delivered to my door but this managed to fall short.

Hat is very cheaply made. It is already rusting after less than a month on the sea, on oe fht clasps in the top also popped off whilst the hat was being adjusted. Would not recommend.

This is the second hat I ordered and It is the same issue. The hat light weight and fits fine around my head. However, when they package the hat to be delivered, they fold it in half and in doing so, it leaves creases in the brim that looks terrible when you put on the hat. I tried to flatten the brim but it dies no good. If they are going to fold it in half why don't they find it along the stitching so that it doesn't look so bad.
