Package arrived in a plastic bag, one of the bottles came loose and leaked everywhere. Very disappointing given the price and that this is non returnable.

Awful. Will not cure. Stays tacky and the product can’t be sent back or credited. Too much money not to be able to use it.

I even bought a different higher wattage lamp thinking it was my lamp. But after 3 mins under a professional 120w uv lamp these did not harden. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT I CANT EVEN RETURN.

They didn’t mention NOT to use this product outdoors. The sun will cure the product before you are done putting it on. My entire set is ruined, the gel is now very thick and yucky after 2 uses.

Just opened this and it’s missing the top coat. Box was sealed completely and it’s not in the box. Not sure how something gets shipped when it’s clear something is missing. Can’t return it either because it’s considered hazardous material.

All of these were sticky and old. Thought it was my light then tried different polish and sure enough this was the problem. Sticky top coat sticky base coat

Mine went on thick and it never said I have to put it under the light at120 so basically in the trash it does I’m going back to my original product.

This product claims to be the Gelish brand but, although I can’t prove it, I think they’re fakes. I’ve used Gelish for years with no problems and this new set is peeling my skin, making my nails burn, and warping and bending my nail bed. My fingertips hurt so much! Honestly it’s pretty dangerous and since I respect and trust Amazon I’m requesting a refund even though it goes against the policy.

I tried at least 5 different times to get this set to work with my nails. Nothing worked. The polish peeled off immediately. Not sure if it's an old formula or a bad batch. I did get a refund. Hoping to find a better replacement!

The reason that I paint my nails with gel is so that the polish will stay on for at least a week without chipping. This kit doesn't work as well as I had hoped, actually it was worse. My polish was chipping within 2 - 3 days. I even had to throw it away because the seller wouldn't take it back because "it was opened". Crap, all of it is crap.
