At this price point this is as good as it gets. -

I ordered a 5ft tree and got a 3 ft tree. Didn’t notice that right away but there is a price difference and didn’t get refunded or an explanation. Make sure you check which size you receive. It’s a beautiful tree!!

Received the box, opened it, and immediately fluffed the leaves. When finished, I examined it and noticed multiple pieces of what turned out to be the pot! Not only did I find where large pieces had broken off, there are several fractures in the pot as well where it looks like it could potentially break even more. There are also several breaks inside the actual pot as well. This being said, I will keep the tree. At this point trying to repackage it wouldn’t be worth the hassle. I will use gorilla glue to try and repair the broken pieces and fractures to prevent further damage. I will also add that this tree was secured inside the box with extra protective wrap so I do not think this occurred during transit. All of that aside, I did LOVE this tree. Just disappointing to find so many breaks throughout the pot.

I am not very happy with this fake plant. It doesn’t look as vibrant as it does in the picture and just looks very dull and cheaply made. I’ve boughten other fake plants recently for cheaper that felt way better than this one. I will probably end up returning this

The tree is very pretty but you can see the dried up hot glue everywhere around the tree.

I found it very flimsy and hard to spread

Leaves were easy to open, however continued to close. Pretty certain that it was due to tree being in a tight enclosed box when shipped. Leaves seem more 'relaxed' now that the tree has been sitting out for a few days. The base/pot is not the best quality as this one arrived cracked, however are going to place in a bigger/prettier pot anyway so we did not return. Overall, the tree looks lovely in our office space.
