pumping bra

I like that this bra can be used for pumping or nursing- at first I thought it was too small in the back but realized it came with an extender piece which is nice. there are pads in this bra that aren't sewn in place which I find annoying- especially for a bra that is $

Great bra but prefer the old model

Had this bra for my 2nd child and told everyone about it- the cost is so worth it! So I got another one for my 3rd child and there are a couple things I’m a little disappointed about. 1st, the sizing was quite different. It fits so much tighter than my others of the same size, but I was able to use the strap extender to help with that. 2nd, the clips! On my first bras made in 2020, the pump and nursing clips were in one and I could easily clip them back with 1 hand. I cannot for the life of me clip these back 1 handed after nursing, and I have 2 to clip since they are no longer linked. This means I have to set the baby down just to clip the bra back- not ideal. Otherwise, it’s very supportive and is a huge help with pumping and nursing.

Better than expected

So I wanted to be mad at this bra based on reviews I read. It is bulky, it is a little cumbersome to use the clips, but it is actually a good fitting bra, very adjustable and stretchy. I am prone to mastitis and when I first saw it, I was thinking "oh no, that's mastitis waiting to happen" because it looks like it puts loads of pressure on the breast tissue, but it didn't for me. Especially with the bra extender. I also feel like I could do some light exercise in this bra and be supported. I needed something where I could pump one side and nurse on the other, pump both sides, or nurse both sides. This fit the bill. I wish the fabric were thinner and the straps were more adjustable. They're a little short. I am a 34C with wide set breasts and a M with the extender fit comfortably loose. Without the extender would fit better but I'm afraid of tight fitting clothes now after having health issues in the past with my breasts.

Not true to size but still great!

I had to exchange the Small for a Medium. Even though I’m a 32DD and the size chart said the Small would fit, it was too tight everywhere. Around my boobs and the band, even with the expander. However, once I got the right size it was great! It doesn’t look like it would give a ton of support but it really does. Also, the bra looks very bulky when you hold it up, but on the body it really isn’t and the padding is actually really nice to have.

Measure!

I haven’t used to nurse yet, as baby is still cooking. However, the fit and clasps are sturdy and seem great! Make sure you take measurements before ordering. If I would have gone by sizing, I would have ordered a size too small. Measure and use the perfect fit tool and it should fit great!

Great quality

Overall this is great quality! I like the versatility to go from pumping to nursing but it’s definitely a pain to connect/disconnect multiple clips for frequent nursing sessions compared to a bra that’s only for nursing. I found it to be way too bulky for me and hate that the pads aren’t sewn in like one of my other Kindred Bravely nursing bras so I removed the padding. The band extender is perfect for your ever changing postpartum body.

Fine nursing bra

This bra is doing… a lot. I’m normally a 30DDD. Right now, I’m probably up a band size and a cup size (so, 32DDD). I ordered in S-Busty. The band is great — adjustable and comes with any extra band lengthener if you need it. I have a short torso, and the straps at their longest setting were almost too short — but they work. Not the MOST flattering bra, but it works. The price is a little high for what it is.

Love KB, just not this snap design

The snaps for the layers have KB on the snap. This flourish requires two hands to snap them, making it difficult to impossible to snap when you are holding an infant and only have one hand available. Other KB designs to not have this flourish and can be snapped back up with one hand.

Sublime nursing and pumping bra

I use this bra for work. It’s a good bra for pumping in. Nursing, less so. I like to have one cup down at a time while nursing my baby and the cup still latched tends to pull the other, exposed, breast up a bit. The foam padding is nice, for support. But the scrunch of the fabric in the middle is visible through most of my tee-shirts. The wrinkles of the bra are wrinkling the shirts that cling a bit more.
