So I waited almost a month for this set. The product is nice and looks good. HOWEVER, when the boxes arrived there were no screws or bolts in the box! Nothing to put it together. Upon contacting the seller they stated they would send them out. Which could take up to another 5-10 days. Not thrilled on the time frame of this.

Great look, seems sturdy so far. The only letdown was that the layout is not changeable, it only works in one actual pattern unless you completely separate all the pieces (3 separate couches). I was a little bummed that there is no way to connect the pieces either so they don't separate from each other when you sit down, but it's ok. Great otherwise!

We have a narrow area on our back patio/porch and needed a sectional we were hoping would sit 4-5 people. It's very short in the seat and the back is a bit short. I'm 5;8" my husband is 6' . I don't regret buying it for the price and the space. However, Its not comfortable enough to sit on for long periods.

The reviews aren't wrong, this furniture looks short, but when I measure my indoor sectional, it is exactly the same height. I think I'll fabricate a lift kit anyways lol. Seems sturdy, not hard at all to assemble, took about an hour. But instructions are not that great. Overall, compared to similar sets we've priced at big name stores, it's hundreds of dollars cheaper.

The instructions state that you need 2 people and 90 minutes to install this patio set. Alone, it took me 4 hours. I could've done it way faster if there weren't 68 screws that needed tightening with an alan wrench. The instructions were easy to follow in my opinion. Not sure why others were having trouble. Surprisingly my set arrived in perfect conditions without any flaws to the materials. It also arrived very quickly and came in 4 large boxes. Overall, this set is comfortable, but not luxurious or plush by any means. You get what you pay for. If ultra comfort is what you're going for, spend a lot more money. Yes, this set is definitely on the small size, but it's exactly what we needed for our 10x12 screened in porch. Measurements are provided, so I don't feel sorry for those who were disappointed in the size after arrival. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone with a small space, on a budget and for those with patience when it comes to using an alan wrench.

I had multiple ordering issues, but the customer service was outstanding they provided clear communication and they wanted to do what ever was Necessary to exceed my expectations. The furniture is very small and not very comfortable, it’s ok if your child size but adults look funny sitting on it

I love this new set. It was easy to put together- I did it myself for the most part- here’s a hint- there are different sizes screws for the table - the screws are NOT all the same size. The cushions are medium loft, not too thin , not extremely thick but they are comfortable. I added a few throw pillows to my set .

Very well packaged and arrived in 3 different boxes. After unwrapping, the instructions said two people, 30 minutes. I did this by myself and took about 2.5 hours. It's the mini seats that took the longest. Some of the screws didn't align properly so they would go in crooked and you would have to loosen and start over. Also, the screws strip very easily. Other than not getting my 2 hours back the instructions said I would not use, it's a nice set for the price.

Total 4 boxes 1 box came next day Lay out pieces. Screws all in one packet so place in container. No directions so use pictures. Dry fit first. Use power screwdriver with proper bit. I use Vaseline on screws. Lightly attach then tighten when all are connected. Not overly difficult. Did it alone. Did stools first to get the hang of it. The “red” is more of a burnt orange. Directions state “not waterproof”. In a “Florida Room” so no big deal. All in all can’t beat price and ease of assembly. Happy with it

I read a vast majority the reviews prior to purchase, but, this was the most DIFFICULT thing to put together. Legit, I NEVER wanna see an Allen wrench again. Granted, I had no choice but to put it together myself, but the whole process took 3 hours. (It says 30 mins for two people in the directions, which is straight lies.) The pieces were supposed to have ID stickers with a letter on them to let you know what to put together; only two did in my package. I had to match them up myself, which took a hoootttt min. 😳 Some of the holes don’t match up with the screws, yet, after much trial and error, I made them work. (It was only 2-3 holes.) You can’t beat it for the price-point though. It seems sturdy. I do wish the cushions were cushier, but overall, this is what I was looking for and I am happy with it.
