Record player works beautifully but the needle/stylus that originally came with this player was not working - it kept skipping when playing my records (my collection is a mix of new and older vinyls and the player kept skipping both). Before returning it, I decided to buy a replacement needle just to see if that was the issue and it was! Glad I did so before returning but disappointed that this new player came with a defective needle. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for nearly an hour — no response. Other than this issue, once I fixed it, everything was great. Sound is clear, has good balance of treble and bass for what it is, looks great, and seems to built solidly.

I was very excited because I love the vintage look and all the cool features it has. But after using it for a month it started to skip my records.

The left speaker would go in and out of working. And every record would just keep skipping at about the 2/3-3/5 in spots

I received this yesterday as a gift for a friend and tried it out to make sure the quality was good. The music sounded great at first and gets loud but I noticed it would eventually start sounding scratchy every now and then as if I was listening to a radio station in a bad area (while using the Bluetooth feature) and I don’t like that because this is brand new. So I’m not sure why it’s doing that but it’s a cool product, just needs some tweaking. Not the best sound quality compared to other devices.

I was going to turn off the cd player after listening for a while, only to get a nasty shock from the product. Needless to say that shock turned it off for me. It now still turns on, but the only thing I've managed to get to work is the record player. The CD player portion is completely dead. It only has a two prong plug with no ground, so the static shock I received actually managed to short something.

I bought this player and it skipped brand new vinyls I figured I got a bad one. Purchased another one and it did the exact same thing

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. It skipped 9 out of 12 records I played on it. It was unusable. After looking around online, this brand notorious for making crappy record players. Go on Reddit if you’d like to learn more about record players.

Had to return original record player because the first ones power button was broken. Purchased a second and player was broken when got it home. Poorly made for the amount of money, would not recommend

have now owned two of these. first one started skipping vinyls on track 5. second one did the exact same thing. I tried six different records. three of which were only opened just to test the player. would not recommend this player to anyone wanted to actually play vinyls.
