Record player works beautifully but the needle/stylus that originally came with this player was not working - it kept skipping when playing my records (my collection is a mix of new and older vinyls and the player kept skipping both). Before returning it, I decided to buy a replacement needle just to see if that was the issue and it was! Glad I did so before returning but disappointed that this new player came with a defective needle. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for nearly an hour — no response. Other than this issue, once I fixed it, everything was great. Sound is clear, has good balance of treble and bass for what it is, looks great, and seems to built solidly.

good for the price, everything has worked well so far except for the record player. i’ve had this thing for 6 months and the belt has already worn out.

Was hoping to be able to Bluetooth music through my Bluetooth sound system. Doesn’t appear to be possible. Music quality just so so. No fullness or depth

I received this for Christmas and after a year maybe, the Bluetooth signal started to fail, the radio signal sucks and the cd player doesn’t work anymore. It was never over used or dropped or nothing. It just fell apart.

Everything in one attractive unit. Sound quality is not great. I'm to try external amped speakers.
