Bought this drone for my older son and had problems immediately. It's like the drone and controller had mind's of their own. Would not recommend. I got a refund and would not buy another one.

My son purchased this with money he received for his birthday and was so excited to use it. It was working great until one of the legs broke off after 2 days for seemingly no reason. We purchased an additional protection plan but they are saying since it's been less than a year since the purchase date, we have to go to the manufacturer to try to obtain a replacement. I haven't been able to get anywhere with that..so, useless and a waste of money, plus a heartbroken kid.

Quit working after 1 use, took it back got another and it stopped charging!!!

Do not buy. I bought this drone in November and by February one motor stopped spinning, I was grounded. I only flew it 5 times. I would not recommend the Ascend 2450 drone.

I gave this to my adult son and his son for Christmas. After finally getting it synced, my son flew it for about 10 min and then used the auto land feature. Unfortunately it did the opposite and took off. The controller was useless trying to steer it back. The drone flew off high and far away, never to be seen again. Hopefully it didn't crash into a car driving down the road or a person. Very disappointing and a very expensive loss.

Very disappointing. Do not purchase! We followed all of the correct procedures and the drone still immediately spun out of control on the first flight and was nowhere to be found. Contacted customer support and they will not do anything about it. A complete waste of money.

It was very hard to maneuver and kept disconnecting from my phone. Not recommended for younger kids from the difficulty of using this.

Got this as a Christmas gift to get into drones. We were able to fly it around for a bit without the smart app enabled. Once we got the app and camera working we used the auto take off function and it took off and never came back. We did all the right procedures in an attempt to get it to stop but nothing worked. After seeing all the other reviews of the same thing happening I would avoid this drone at all costs. The camera is not HD. The shots and video were not great and video was laggy. Spend the money and get something that wants to be a drone and not a rocket. Buy one with the option that when signal is lost it returns home.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Totally disappointing. First time out on a sunny day with almost no breeze and the drone had a mind of its own, changed direction, and flew into a tree a block away. Needless to say there is no way of getting it down. My husband and I are in shock. You will literally be throwing your money away.
