I didn’t receive a pole with the umbrella.

Don't want umbrella try 2 attack u 3 or 4 timed

After less than a month, are colors are faded. This umbrella lets the sun in, so absolutely useless for shading on a hot day. Do not buy this!!!

Broke in a month.

This product is so misleading please read all description. It’s not the standard size to fit a table or any base I could not find a base to fit the large...

The pole is not a standard size! Its too big to fit into the hole on our table and base. So disappointed.

Blows over with the slightest breeze. The cord always catches on the screw on the pole when cranking shut. No positives so far other than the size of the shaded area.

I put up my umbrella recently. I had ordered it over a month before putting it up, so I had no ability to return the product when 2 days later, it broke. The umbrella has 2 wing arms off the center to fully open, and one of the arms is sagging so that one side of the umbrella is hanging. Nothing is broken or bent, it just doesn't seem to hold the weight. Did not leave the umbrella open overnight, or during rain or even a breeze. Hate to see what would happen if I did!

First, they mislead you into making you believe that there is a base included. Look at the images!!! The one small print in the long description says no base. I wrote to them and they keep arguing that it's mentioned and fail to understand what the problem is. Now the quality, I finally ended up paying 60 bucks for a base and out this umbrella up today. IT IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. I am going to write to their customer service again. It does not do well with even light rain. There is a constant mist around you. Even if you ignore this, the umbrella quality itself is poor. I put it up out of the box and it does not spread well. If you look at the image you'll see it has humps.
