Did literally nothing except make noise

The noise was terrible. Once I turned it on it’s a loud but not so loud piercing noise. My dogs started barking because of it until I shut it off so I assume it hurts their ears.

it worked fine the first time I used it and for some reason, it just didn't work the next day.

It was great while it lasted, it died after one charge

I was sent a box that was clearly opened, the unit had marks on it, and the metal tip is wrapped in what looks like packing tape that you can clearly see fingerprints on. Gross

Made my skin break out and scab up!! Horrible 😭 I didn’t even have any pimples or any real skin issues except some blackheads I wanted gone but now my skin looks horrible

I’ve had this for around 2 years. I kept thinking if I only charged it, it would work for longer. It stays on for about 20 seconds before it shuts off and you have to keep pressing the buttons. What a waste and I have to buy another one now :/ it did get rid of some of my blackheads and got a lot of gunk out but yeah it doesn’t work long. And also, it may be tough on gentle or sensitive skin. Mine always got red after using it but I needed the gunk out lol.

Stopped working after the first use!!

I charged it fully. It does not vibrate. It has a slight buzz that stops once it is applied to skin. The last brand I bought from Target was a similar name and it had a fabulous vibration that really lifted things out of pores. This is a joke and it's more expensive. I require a refund. I will not bring it to the store for a refund. I ordered it online because of inability to go to store. I was sent a horrible product. It's on Target or the company to refund me for their crap product.

Highly do not recommend. After a few uses, it made my skin look the worst it has in years. Terrible breakouts all over. I did sanitize it after each use. I originally purchased it to help with the tiny blackheads around my nose. I wish I never purchased it. My whole face is now terrible. I could cry.
