thought the product was 20" high but it is only 12"

While the size is as stated, it might be used for quick and lightweight items. The plastic is not like rubber made and more prone to cracking- I was disappointed when receiving this item. would not recommend if you seriously want a sturdy little scooter- I would NOT sit on this product!!!!

Too light, not tough enough for sitting on & rolling around doing gardening. I weigh 175 lbs & in my opinion, it's just too thin & lightweight. I can feel the top give way a bit when sitting on it. I think it would be just fine for someone weighing 100 - 120 lbs.

Make sure to pay attention to dimensions. This cart is way smaller than I had first imagined. It was a gift for a good friend and was somewhat disappointing.

This China version is ok but once you see it person you can tell the plastic is not the same as the lead competitor in the field.
