Electrical system has issues

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. It stopped working a couple months later. Also, had a foul smell initially.

I love the look and feel of this heated blanket, but the heat went out on the initial throw and the replacement throw.

Very pretty & soft. Used for 2 months, packed it away for Spring and now that it is cold again, it is dead. Wish I knew it was going to malfunction before the return/exchange window closed. For the price, should be more reliable.

I love the color and softness. But it only heats in some places.

It's functional as just a standalone blanket but the heating elements did virtually nothing. It might as well just be a throw with no heat. My fiancée has cancer and trying to find a good heating blanket to try to keep her warm while her heat regulation isn't good.. has been hard.I tried calling their support and it went straight to voicemail and said that the voicemail is full. So terrible support experience.The heat has basically never worked straight out of the box. It's a cute controller but.. does nothing.

Did not warm to the desired temperature.I was trying to replace my current warm blanket method. A towel in a drier for 5 minutes. It gets the towel to a nice 125°f quickly.This blanket had an inconsistent temperature from top to bottom. The highest it reached in one spot was 116°f while at the same time was 96°f on the other side. It is very thin, can feel thin wires throughit. Very little heat even after a long time.

The blanket is super comfortable and soft but not even 1/4th of the blanket heats up.

Won’t work for me due to cord being on the top right of the blanket. Disappointed basically unusable where I intended to use it.
