Quality is not as good as advertising

Spent $200+ for beats headphones to use it at least 4-5 yrs. It's been nearly 2 yrs, the leather around the ears was melted and one ear broke. Just a waste of money.

I got the used earphones

The media could not be loaded.  I received used earphones and the condition is so pathetic. This is very disappointing!!!!

Waste of money

I received this june 19 so a little over 3 months today and I used it about 2 hours 2 to 3 times a week. Last week start shutting off after not even an hour. I ignored it I thought maybe I forgot to charge it, but is not! It’s only hold battery about an half!!!! Very disappointed! I can’t return or get an replacement!!!

Speaker broke on first use

Unfortunately, these speakers broke on first use and I was too busy to return in time. What a waste of money. I will buy Bose next time. I got suckered on the Prime Day deal. Don’t buy these, the speaker on 1 side blew and is distorted after 1st hour. I got them for flying and was unable to use for my trip

Don't last, now don't work

I bought for a deployment I'm currently on. I used them for two months and now will not even charge. I have looked into every possiblity to fix it even letting a tech person here in country look at it and he said there is nothing to be done. I'm hoping that the seller See's this and can help me out. I love the headphones and they are a great feeling but to expensive to only last two months than die. Do not recommend.

They stopped charging after 2 months!! Useless customer support from Apple!!!!!Had me on chat for what seemed forever only to finally just give me a list of Apple stores i could bring them to to get fixed!! Out of my own pocket!!!

Broken Headphone

This device snapped while putting on normally.Apple Warranty is in effect but, does not cover this. Don’t waste your money on this expensive headphone.

These headphones rip my hair out and disconnect frequently

I don't like the folding headphones style but had never owned a pair previously so this was a new learning experience for me. I would NOT RECOMMEND these headphones for anyone with medium or long hair as they tend to catch hairs in the hinges and you can't really get your hair out hardly without a second person helping you (or using a mirror and having a lot of patience). They're okay as far as noise cancelling, awesome as far as sound, but they tend to un-pair/disconnect from time to time which is moderately annoying. If I had to do this again I would go with a similar style that doesn't have the folding hinges. I love the sound quality and would buy this again if it was not a folding style with moving parts (ain't nobody got time for that)

Melted and smoked

We have bought 2 of these but the last one we purchased melted and smoked while charging. I had just worn them an hour earlier. Glad I was home when it happened.
