had an issue with screw not fitting properly, returned item...that was the only solution they had. was excited about the product but disappointed with quality and service.

Almost impossible to assemble no Instructions and 2 of the screw holes are stripped. Major safety concern

There were no assembly instructions provided. Additionally, the screw holes were all stripped and all the holes did not align. Fortunately we were able to make modifications to make the furniture sturdy.

A little bit smaller than I thought it would be.

I think it was to small and the place in my back yard I had invision it...in reality it didn't capture the space. I would've return it but I didnt want to go through the hassle. the setting was to small . If a large person was to sit they would have a bit of a challenge.

seats are narrow, plastic - disappointing

Smaller and more flimsy than we expected. Blew of the porch one the second day we had it and the glass shattered. Would recommend going with something.

I hate giving any product a bad review but this one deserves it. None of the screw holes were lined up right it was very wobbly not great quality I'm sorry to say. The company did the right thing by refunding my money although they didn't really want to

This thing was a nightmare since we opened the box. 1. It was hard to assemble because the holes for the bolts were not lined up at all. 2. The glass for the table is cut uneven, doesn't fit in the groove & wobbles. 3. The cushions are very thin. Doesn't seem like your even sitting on it. 4. The entire thing is smaller than it looks in the picture. VERY DISAPPOINTED

When I opened the box, all of the bags with the bolts were open at the bottom and scattered all over the box. I couldn't tell which ones to use for what piece because they were all mixed together. Also seemed that I was missing pieces. It was INCREDIBLY hard to put together. Several times the holes where the bolts go in were welded so badly that I had to drill a new hole to get it in. I also had to cut some of the plastic off just to get to it. It was horribly made. I finally got it together, but I can't really trust that it will actually stay together. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I waited a long time to get this just to be disappointed when it finally got here. The other reviews seemed great, so maybe I just had bad luck on this one. It's very unfortunate. In all honesty, I'd say spend a little more on something else of higher quality. It'll be worth it. ALSO they include a coupon in your order stating to download an app for a chance to spin the wheel. It is a scam to steal your information and does NOT work. Do NOT risk it by getting the app!
