I have to say I was very doubtful that this product would do much however I am pleasantly surprised. I had gained around 9 pounds over the holidays and was STRUGGLING to lose it. Even with intermittent fasting and exercise I'd only lost 2 pounds. However taking 2 of these every morning for a week, plus the fasting and exercise has me down another 5 pounds 🙌 It is just melting off daily.

i love this supplement! I have last 30 pounds with this pill! it really does help with appetite. i use to have to eat the first thing i do in the morning, now i don’t eat till around 12 or 1! definitely helpful for kickstart on weight loss journey!!!

These seem to work well, but I've also been eating basically just hot dogs, hard boiled eggs, and mini tater tots, so it may be my autistic AF diet.Downside: you're gonna need a shower hose and attachment if you ever want to poop again. Major constipation causer.
