A little pricey but worth it

Great product buy this every other month

I have major daily sugar cravings until I started apple cider vinegar. I’ve read research stating gut fungus (gross) craves sugar and apple cider vinegar helps with gut health much like a probiotic. I cannot tolerate probiotics so I take this. Gone are the horrible cravings that just made me feel sick right after indulging. I’ve tried other brands but I like this one since I’m not seeing it’s a product of China, would rather support and trust an American company (if this changes, then back to searching for Made in the USA). Spring Valley (Walmart) products clearly say a product of China, or China and other countries. No thanks. It also doesn’t smell bad like the other brand. Support the USA when shopping! ( :

I am 1 week in and down 2lbs so far! I will update as the weeks go on but so far so good! I take 2 pills in the morning, afternoon & night before meals (6 pills total). I have also started the gym (3x week) and have cut back on my snacking (because I am a huge snacker!) along with trying to eat a little healthier. I am NOT the type of person where I will starve myself and be miserable with some crazy diet lol. I need something to help along the way of my journey to creating better eating habits! So far I haven't noticed any bad side effects at all. I have noticed a small decrease in appetite. Pills are large but easy to swallow. Pills don't seem to have any weird smell or taste. I'm excited and going to stick with this for awhile to see how much it will benefit me! Stay tuned for updates!

Downside, since ACV is acidic, it destroys your body's pH and any potassium in your body, so if you don't take potassium supplements or eat a ton of potassium rich foods, your limbs all start cramping.
