I received the Shark Ion Robot rv750n. It was in it's original box but was very clearly used. The Shark lettering on the top was worn off some. Also, the bin was emptied but not clean by any means. The brushes seemed in good condition. The filter was dirty but usable. I was excited to try it out and was able to quickly 'assemble' it and it seemed to be charged. Excellent. I googled what app to use, downloaded it, and the Shark Vac connected easily. I pushed the button to start it and it was struggling to move around.. I looked it over and somehow there was a plastic back sucked up in the wheel. I pulled it out. Set it down and off she went. She ran for nearly 2 hrs, I googled to see what robot vacs usually run and it was 1-2 hrs so I was happy with that. She's had a couple issues since with getting on her charger or coming off her charger but nothing too bad or unusal. We've had her for 3-4 weeks and are pretty happy. She definitely cleans well. I am surprised every time how much debris she picks up. I also was able to find a 'parts' kit on Amazon with replacement brushes, filters and everything for pretty cheap so we should get some good used out of her.
