I purchased an umbrella from Best Choice Products and it was missing parts. The company returned my money and told me to keep the umbrella even though it’s useless. They were great to work with. I purchased a second umbrella with the refund and got another. The new umbrella parts will fit both umbrellas so we have a choice of color. The fabric is strong, brightly colored, looks rich, easy set up. I would recommend this product to others.

I am very, very pleased with my purchase. Assembly booklet was pretty easy to follow. The only thing is that they need to recommend you (strongly) to get the weight bottom in order for the umbrella to be able to handle the weight when is open. Since we're doing some work around our new home we had to buy bags of stones and that's what it's holding the umbrella upright while I'm waiting on the delivery of the cantilever base we need which hopefully will be here before next Sunday. Other than that, I'm glad we spent the money.

This umbrella and base are quite large. We put some planters on the base to 'pretty' it up a bit. The first one was sent wrong color, but not a big deal. Putting it together was quite easy. We noticed very quickly that any kind of wind would bend the overhanging pole quite a bit and make it swing more than was comfortable so we were very careful when we had it up. Nonetheless, one day with no wind the darned thing came tumbling down. There's one sliding plastic part that you'll need to be careful with and keep an eye on. We contacted the seller and they were wonderful, sent a whole new replacement (correct color this time lol). We really do enjoy this thing, especially the solar lights at night and have had a great (albeit a bit eventful) experience with the seller. Just be aware that this doesnt do well even in very light wind so plan accordingly when in use.

It is easy to install and seems pretty sturdy with a minor issue... you will need a sand bag so it does not tilt over, without a weight balance, it will fall over. I bought a separate bag to fill with sand and it is very sturdy now. I recommend this product with a small caveat.

We love the umbrella and it looks very nice, however, that’s where it ends. The plastic piece that keeps the umbrella up snapped from the pressure of holding the umbrella up! Very poor design and it should have been a metal cuff instead of plastic that holds a heavy umbrella up. We’ve only had it about a year and it snapped around 6 months and only using it 3 times.

LOVE this umbrella. We screwed into deck for added security because it will blow over. this is a heavy piece. This is a stunning umbrella, you will be completely & utterly happy when you purchase this. It's so nice and big , i hope everyine can see the beauty in the pics. What are you waiting 4??? buy it!! oh.....one more thing- it lights up!!!!!

This umbrella was really fabulous! I returned it simple because I did a poor job estimating the size of how it would fit on my deck. Turned out to be all umbrella and no deck. I returned it to downsize, still happy with it. One suggestion.......DONT FORGET TO ORDER A BASE!!!

I bought this umbrella for my backyard patio that has no shade throughout the majority of the day. I love this umbrella. It is very large and provides ample shade. The lights aren't terribly bright but they work. I was also disappointed that the base that it has is only operational in a yard. It comes with stakes to hold the umbrella down but I was under the impression I could use it on the patio without buying a weighted base. That is not possible as the umbrella is too top heavy. I ended up buying the weighted base. Overall I am happy with my purchase but I wish the base would have been included.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading all the bad ones and purchasing anyway. I want to tell you this umbrella is awesome! I don’t know what people are doing to theirs that they are breaking but this is absolutely sturdy and beautiful! I bolted mine to my deck! I’m very impressed!

This umbrella is perfect for the price and features. Packaging was compact, and I was able to put the entire umbrella together in under 10 minutes. The solar LED lights are a nice touch, and there's an easy reach switch to turn them off and on so you don't have to keep them on all the time. Only recommendation: definitely have a plan for how you're going to weight down the base. Because of it's design, when you open the umbrella, it's obviously off-center and heavy (par for the course with offset umbrellas). I thought I could reuse a base for an older umbrella, but it didn't have a full pass through where I could put it on top of the cross bars to hold them down.
