I was surprised to receive this item. First it was "delayed" in Shipping and a much later delivery scheduled, then lost in transit, but it arrived sooner than the delayed estimated date. Installation instructions are not very good, but installation of the CarPlay device was relatively simple. Biggest problem in my Jeep was deciding where to mount it. When powered on, the CarPlay device came on immediately and connecting to my Apple phone via Blue Tooth was quick. The right time even showed up. Installing the back-up camera was considerably more difficult. The instructions for this was just a single wiring diagram, that took several reviews to make sense. The power wires to this, which must be stripped to install, were very small and hard to strip without damaging the actual wire. My first installation of the camera was upside down, again to no instructions about which way was top. After hours working on installation---it works. For the price of this item--a good buy.
