The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to get this game and the box arrived damaged and broken. It is supposed to play a song when it’s opened but it just keeps making this annoying noise. I’ve looked everywhere for the company’s contact information or customer service help but I can’t find anything anywhere to ask for them to send a replacement. Really disappointed.

The box just loops the first second of the song instead of playing it through.

The media could not be loaded.  Today we received our party pack exploding kittens and were super excited, to find that the speaker was broken! Super disappointed, the video attached shows the sound it makes. But the cards and everything are great. Love this game.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this party pack so that we could include more players in the game. The box includes a sound card that should play a song when opened. This arrived damaged and instead plays this annoying sound that never stops!

Refund is a hassle and the box came in broken. Not recommend

I just opened my game and it seems the music box is broken. Normally there's a song when you open it but mine has a bit of a noise and that's it. I don't know if you can do something about this.

The media could not be loaded.  I am very strict with my boxes and I purchased this particular box because I liked the part that it had music. I just got it today and it came broken. The song is stuck I am very mad about it qualith and control is on the floor.
