Boxes are a bit thin walled, handles tear up easily. If needing to pack heavy items, go with a thicker box by the name brand moving company

The return policy is horrible

Box split along the sides while in use - not even along the seems. Do not use.

There are no creases like the description states so multiple of the boxes didnt fold/seal well, was a nightmare using these will never again. They also smell strongly of bleach,/cleaner...

Did not come with the correct box sizes or markers. Boxes are extremely cheap and can’t hold much

Ordered 10, but 3 of them are broken

The package arrived with only the boxes. There was no tape or maker as stated. Of course this isn’t noticed until you open the package and are ready to use and start packing. So you need stop what you were about to start to run and grab needed tape and marker.

Really feel like there is such lack of communication or proper communication.The measurements are taken prior to you folding the boxes. It’s a scam. Don’t buy them. Don’t buy them.
