Squeaky heels on every surface/terrain

I just got my order of 2 pairs of Sketchers and the Periwinkle pair has been worn and the bottom of the shoes are black, how dare you send me used dirty shoes, is this how you do business? I'm very angry that you would send this to me where is your class?

They were a last minute decision on vacation bcI forgot my sneakers. They were fine for a week...got home...walked when it was raining...the next day they turned to ROCKS. the toes are all shrunken in and rock hard. they no longer fit. As you can see they are all wrinked up and it cannot be fixed..theyre STIFF.

one shoe was looser than the other... also the no tie made it really loose fitting. which I get but one was looser than other. just overall weird fit. I'm a size 6.5 and it was just uncomfortable. also the no tie was not attractive.
