bad mouse

bad mouse when you plug it in you get less fps in game, when I plug in my old on my fps come back. This mouse is 80 bucks for a bad mouse that gives you less fps and is trash. i want a refund

Needs Razer Synapse. Updates Daily.

It's just too annoying to me to have an extra app running, that needs to update all the time, just to have the mouse be a certain color..

Side Buttons Problem

The side buttons break after two week of use... Its my second mouse mini of razer and i have the same problem the side buttons dont have a good quality

Terrible LMB

The left mouse button feels mushy and razer's support is so and so. Id highly recommend staying away from their products.

Fatal flaw

The mouse was great one of the best mice if not the best mouse I have ever used it was all perfect put the first week of using it one of the side buttons stopped working and I have tried every solution and none have worked

No dongle, and yes I know where it should be.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my son, and when we opened the compartment under the mouse to get the dongle, it was missing.

Just stops working from time to time

It has been four months that I have bought Razer Viper 8KHz. Mouse just stops working from time to time and no reaction. Very disappointed.
