Easily the most comfortable and best mouse I've owned to this date, unfortunately, my mouse after nearly aa year of use disconnects on me at random times for up to 3 seconds. I would usually look past this if I did games with this mouse, but it has caused me to die multiple times because of this issue. I've tried updating the software, changing the USB port it's connected to, but it had no avail. Razer made an amazing mouse but sadly, I cannot give it the rating I want to give it due to personal issues with this product.

Great mouse except for one issue for me: the middle scroll button wore out quickly. If you use this button allot don't expect that mouse button to last long (12-14 months). The mouse design allows this button to get very dirty and stop working. It is not accessable to clean. Otherwise great small lightweight mouse.

The design of this mouse is good; it's small and light. However, the mouse pad calibration feature for non-Razer branded pads is missing entirely meaning you can't calibrate the sensor to your particular mouse pad surface including not being able to adjust the lift off. Technical support had no solution to that other than to buy a Razer mouse pad.

Cheaply made. After just a few months of use, the scroll wheel is now unusable. Clicking it in works about 30% of the time unless it's pressed uncomfortably hard. And regular scrolling is suddenly erratic, scrolling up and down at random. Very irritating that a "gaming mouse" would crap out after such a short time with light use. This just suddenly started to happen (well, the clicking of the wheel got gradually worse over time). It's never been dropped or damaged at all. Very disappointing mouse.

This mouse was perfect, the packaging was incredible, I took the mouse out and it was very light, after trying it for 3 hours I loved it, but then the problems came, I realized that the clicks separated by themselves when pushing to the sides, it is really annoying, the mouse wheel is disgusting, it is very scratchy and of low quality, also I use the wheel a lot in games like fortnite, it started to stop working, really bad It is my experience with this mouse, in fact I think I had a lot of bad luck, since my mouse arrived with all possible problems it is very good, but it is very likely that this mouse arrives with flaws

apparently, im not the only one who has had this happen. according to a lot of other people, as well as me, the middle mouse button (scroll button) clicking stops workin. you either have to click hard or sometimes, clicking regularly will work. it was fine since sept 21, it only started now jan 22. other than that, the mouse was great. just frustrated with the recent failure

Right when I opened the mouse box the mouse was unresponsive. It was like this for a few days while I was in contact with Razer support. Then all of the sudden it started to work. It worked for around 3 weeks then when I accidentally dropped the mouse from about a 3-inch height while I was playing a game it stopped working. Honestly I was expecting more. This has made my experience with Razer products bad and has deterred me from replacing it and instead I am returning it to get a Logitech mouse. Maybe it was just an unlucky case, but I, unfortunately, will not be buying a razer mouse again in the near future.

Tried this as a right hand user, hoping I'd have easy access to all the buttons available. Not the case. I don't even see how it would be feasible for a "claw" user. So, that effectively takes out 2 buttons for you to use, which isn't really the point. The battery life seems goods, the software is fine (my only gripe with it is that there is no quick way to change mapped button profiles on the fly without launching their proprietary software). The mouse itself is fine, but since you can't make full use of the buttons, what's the point at this price point?

When I used the viper ultimate I felt like the mouse was too small and the clicks felt nasty. I couldn't really claw the mouse and the software was annoying. The battery life was pretty good but I would just save my money and wait for the g pro superlight to be on sale or get a different mouse. I feel like for 150 to et this mouse its a scam and even 90 dollars but everyone is different I just believe this mouse is not worth the price.

Razer Synapse software 3.0 is needed to control lighting effects. Current;y there is not an OS X version of Synapse that can control the lighting effects, so if you have a MAC the light will continually change while it is plugged in, even if you have it set to static or off (by previously setting it up with a Windows system and the Synapse 3 software). Other than that is is slightly larger that the Razer Orochi, so not really a travel mouse or mini at all.
