The media could not be loaded. This product is dirty when I received , I’m pretty sure it’s not new the person has used this item before at least 1 year , it’s totally not worth buying something exactly the same price as viper mini after I received a old product

The dock for the mouse is defective and Razer Customer Support has been maddening, asking me to submit proof of purchase (which I have done four times now) as well as a “video under 20 MB of the issue.” I will never buy a Razer product again.

Mandatory product registration is required to use customization of this mouse. I should have researched a little more before purchasing a Razer mouse. If you do not register, only the basic functionality is available.

The raised matte plastic ring around the sensor is almost exactly the same height as the very thin mouse skates, which causes an incredible amount of noise and a scratchy feeling when using it on my AC+ mousepad. You can either sand down the ring or use thicker aftermarket skates, but the mouse is awful out of the box because of this.

Terrible mouse some of the clicks didn't even work and it seemed like it was a defected mouse bad mouse

I keep getting a used open box product. The mouse has some wear and tear. This is the 2nd one already. I thought I was buying a "New" product. Will be returning.

I got this mouse mainly because of how good at gaming it was for the price, and that still stands. The main problem I had with it at first was that it was pretty small for even my baby hands and over time, that caused me to get carpal tunnel/RSI. I really wouldn't recommend this mouse especially because it stopped working right after I got carpal tunnel, it would still connect to a computer but wouldn't have any inputs be recognized.

This mouse has a major flaw when it comes to fps games. I'm an avid csgo player and when you swipe your mouse to far and have to pick it up and move it back to the center of your mouse pad if you set your mouse down to hard it inputs a left click making you fire your weapon without clicking the mouse. Not to mention the 8k polling that this mouse offers most games cannot handle it I could sometimes use 4k typically 2k on most games and I have a better than average computer.
