Terrible Software

This is a great mouse so if you're just going to use it without the software get it. I mostly use claw/tip grip and I find it works well for this. As far as the software goes it just stopped switching profiles. You can be in a game or your desktop and it doesn't switch at all. It used to work then it stopped. I suspect updates mess it up. Just rely on manually changing your DPI before and after gaming.

Bad software

The mouse itsself is all right. The side buttons are to small. The real problem with this mouse is the software. It does a lot but it does nothing well. Setting a profile breaks your lighting for unknown reasons, locking your computer breaks it. I ended up turning off the light all together because It was just to tiresome. Would not buy from this company again.

Get off my computer.

I probably wont buy another razer after having to load the software onto my computer. I have to disable it from popping up after I would start my computer. Even after I installed the software it continues to pop up. The mice is very light and it helps for gaming but ergonomically it bad because it is small. Thus, your may have trouble resting your hand on it.

This mouse does not work with Apple Mac well

I guess the company can't bring themselves to get this mouse working with Mac. The various buttons are dead and cannot be programmed on a Mac. You can't control the mouse speed on a Mac, it's either too slow or too fast and the System Preference doesn't really change that. The only solution is to try BetterTouchTool app and fix it in their "Magic Mouse" section. How can a company not write a Mac app to control this mouse? It would take one person a few days to figure out.

This is NOT MAC Compatible

I think the mouse is great for smaller/ normal sized hands, claw grip that is. It's textured nicely and is super light. However, this will not work with a Mac since the Synapse software that is critical for adjusting a lot of variables does not work. With the Big Sur update, the polling rate on the mouse needs to be modified. My biggest disappointment however is Razer support. When the mouse is connected wirelessly, it glitches constantly and when I brought this issue with the software issue to Razer, they were no help at all. So if you have a windows PC, most-likely the mouse works as advertised. Mac users please look at something else.

Hard to clean the dust

The mouse is not ergonomic despite its light weight. 1. The dust will get in the groove in the middle of the mouse below the 2 right/left clicks. 2. The shape of upper right side is not moving downward, so my pinky finger is sore. Overall, unless you have a small hand; otherwise, you won't feel comfortable using it.

Disconnecting

The first thing I noticed was it’s larger that the previous mouse. I wear a 10.5 shoe so my hands are about average size yet it feels big in my hand. The wheel is more resistant to turning, maybe this eases up over time. But otherwise it works well and has an incredible software package which has totally lost me in all the configurations. After a month the mouse is disconnecting from the computer. I get a message that the USB is disconnected then it reconnects and keeps doing it multiple times a day. The pointer disappears when this happens. What is going on???

Too small and bad shape

The mouse is way too small. I have small hands and claw grip, its even too small for me. Furthermore, the ergonomic shape is awful. The middle section of the mouse curves inwards too much. This leads to a sort of hour-glass shape where the bottom section of the mouse is too "fat" My lower thumb (near wrist) would get caught under the mouse and pinch the skin. Also, the sensor is complete garbage. The mouse feels "floaty" and not precise at all. Do yourself a favor and just pay for a better mouse. I'm sure their pro-versions with higher DPI have waaaaay better sensor accuracy/consistency.

Too small, concave underside

I'm left handed, I have a Razor Oroalphabet that was having trouble, so I ordered this newer generation Razor as they don't make the Oroalphabet any longer. I didn't end up liking it much. My hand was fatigued after a few hours. It's too small and the kicker is that the bottom curves inward, which means your thumb and ring finger/pinky end up binding up the left-right movement unless you hold them up off of the mat. That's fatiguing and your hand will ache after a few hours of it. I don't understand the engineering of ergonomic devices, but my guess is that they hired a neophyte to design this thing. The ergonomic design is just really not very good for a $130 mouse; you can get a $40 mouse that is much more comfortable.

Disappointed. Drivers don't work on Mac, buggy on PC. Default tracking is abysmally slow.

I really wanted to like this mouse, but it's horrible. I'm back to using the basic Microsoft mouse that came with my keyboard and it's way better. I literally have them both side-by-side and I consistently find myself choosing the old Microsoft mouse instead. [1 star] Ergonomics is weak at best. It requires keeping your palm horizontal to the table surface, which puts strain on the wrist during extend usage. A better design is when the index finger is higher than the pinky for less strain on the wrist. This mouse design causes excess stress on the outer pinky and wrist. [1 star] The Razer software is atrocious. It doesn't work on a Mac so I tried it on a PC, which is buggy at best. To make it worse, the default tracking speed on Mac is incredibly slow. I pumped up the tracking speed to maximum and I still have to drag the mouse several inches to move the cursor. I have plenty of desk/mouse space to maneuver but it's still an issue. I even changed the underlying Mac configurations (overriding System Preferences) and it's an improvement but not perfect. Sure, the mouse is precise, but it's no better than my Microsoft mouse for games. [3 stars] Battery life is pretty good (a few weeks) and it's physically light, which is nice. The color-changing is cool, I guess, but doesn't make up for everything else that is dysfunctional.
