bueno

he probado 4 ratones, LOGITECH HERO G502, LOGITECH G305(wireless), COOLER MASTER MM710, RAZER VIPER ULTIMATE.

Great Mouse but Razer software team sucks

Please read this before buying! Pros: 1. superlight, i was very impressed when i first grip it. Gives you a very different experience with this light weight 2. Great build quality 3. Great design, on board profile. you can set the profile up with windows using Synapse 3 and use it on Mac since the profile is on board. Now pay attention! Cons: 1. Synapse 3 is not supportted by Mac, while Synapse 2 does, but guess what, Synapse 2 does not support Viper ultimate neither the other newest products they made. Hello? It's 2021 and why is Mac compatibility still an issue? if Synapse 3 can't be compatible with Mac, at least make Synapse 2 support viper ultimate with some basic configurations! I dont think this is hard to do? As viper ultimate is your “ULTIMATE” product, and mac users don't deserve any good from it? 2. Did i say windows supports Synapse 3? big BUT, the Synapse 3 has some wired bug that stops it from loading (in my screen shot). This happens for a tons of users, I spent half day reading razer official support posts in razer community, following their steps and reinstall and restarted my pc for like 10 times. I dont even think i restart my computer that much in a year. But eventually I fixed this issue from an advise from another razer user posts using some programming trick as I am a programmer myself. Imaging most of the people dont know how to program? The problem is not on user's side, I had everything set up correctly, the software installation is just not designed properly. Again, razer does so much fancy tricks to catch consumer's eyes, but can't get the basic needs ready. 3. No bluetooth for a wireless mouse, once your usb receiver is lost which the receiver is super small, your viper turns into an superlight ultimate nice and fashion electronic garbage. This is acceptable for me since they want to make it as light as possible, but the design is still weird. 4. kind short battery life compare to other products, but again, acceptable, they can't use large battery which will increase the weight. 1 star off for the software bug, and 1 star off for the Mac users, 1 star off for the issues i encountered at this price point. 1star back for the great superlight experience after everything is set up correctly.

Cuidado! posiblemente incomodo!

Feels cheap.

Having moved from a kova mouse to this I feel a little disappointed. This mouse feels lightweight and cheap and while the lights are nice it feels like something you'd get from Poundland or free from work. I wouldn't buy it again but I would consider other Razer products as they are generally great.

Good tracking and precision, problems with clicks

The mouse has exceptional tracking and dragging, however the left clicks and right clicks make a difference sound in clicks, sort of like a small creaking sound. This makes it unpleasant to click the mouse buttons. This is one possible defect of the Razer Viper

Crappy software

This is a nice lightweight mouse with great specs and ergonomics. The issue lies in the software. Razer Synapse is a big clumsy mess with lots of unnecessary crap. I just want to reprogram my buttons and change my LED lights. Literally nobody wants anything else.

Optical sensors are the way to go.

Find a better mouse you probably can't. My mouse has been perfect for me the past 3 months. The small size s great and the tactile buttons are something you have to experience. The only problem I have with this mouse is I feel the sensor/lazer is not the best but it could be my imagination. Either way if you have been sick of poor performance from mechanical mice then you are in for a treat. the cable is trash and laser is also trash

Its important to know this!

After using this mouse for a year straight I can proudly say this is one of the best ergo mouses out there that is wireless. Its a champ for games. My problem is that the dock sucks. Over time the contacts collect dust and so you have to tinker with resting the mouse on the dock to get it charging. As of last week my dock stopped charging my mouse and so I've resorted back to wired charging. Do I still think the mouse is worth it. For sure, just know that over time the dock starts to slowly regress and people be paying a premium price if $150.
