The media could not be loaded. Cheap quality, broke in less than 30 days of purchase, tried to get it replaced and Razer customer Service was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Mine was missing the top part of the dock. I just have the bottom part the USB plugs into, but not the part that connects to the mouse. I just realized it’s a $50 dock and mine is completely faulty. Really bummed out...

Purchased the Razer Viper Mini and was very happy at first. It's comfortable and responsive. The problems started about a month in. All of a sudden the scroll wheel started acting erratically, randomly scrolling the opposite way or not scrolling at all on a given scroll tick. This made my day to day work extremely frustrating. Ended up asking for a replacement, but the one I received started showing the exact same issues about a month in as well. At two for two I have to conclude that this is a prevalent issue and would recommend avoiding this one.

the two most important buttons on this mouse do not work that's hilarious considering i payed almost 100 dollars for a mouse that has weird clicks i like the shape since I needed a lower mouse the side buttons are not that great either i like how light and fast it felt with the feet but the biggest downfall is the clicks lmfao at least give us good clicks for a 100 dollar mouse bare minimum honestly pretty sad Razer's "greatest" mouse was actually not so great i honestly loved the build quality but man the most important thing the clicks.. this bad again for 100 dollars! LMFAO

Yet.... This would be a waste of your money for a feature you cannot use except for in like 2 games. Though especially don't buy if you're used to the Deathadder. This thing is so tiny, for me it was incredibly uncomfortable. I did like the lightness of it though.

This mouse disconnects while gaming. Really a poor experience. Tried different ports. Works fine wired.

The mouse itself was great. However, after some time of usage you will get this plastic cheap feeling about this thing. Yes it is a 40 dollar mouse. But when I compare the product when I first got it and after a month of usage. The feel of the mouse change dramatically. The buttons are not the same!!! They start to make disgusting sound that just ruin the day for gaming. It is a great shape. I really hope that razer can fix the quality of the mouse.

I bought this mouse 6 months ago, and up until now it was a great mouse. Then randomly, it started lagging and is very jittery to the point where I can't even move the curser anywhere on the screen. I restarted my pc, and that didn't fix it. I reinstalled razer cortex, and that just made the problem worse. Razer makes absolute garbage software that literally breaks your mouse. Don't waste your money.

Worked very well for a month, then completely stopped turning on. Windows shows an error message saying the device malfunctioned when plugging it in.

Even for a smaller, less-expensive mouse, this feels cheap. It is worth lugging a larger device around instead of this. This mouse is too light and narrow for larger hands and does not feel like you're clicking the buttons well.
