The mouse button 4 (one of the side buttons) does not work most of the time. This is a huge letdown for the cost of the mouse. And I believe it's NOT a mechanical issue (there are two button 3s and 4s, one on each side of the mouse - and when 4 fails, both button 4's fail) but a software problem. Unacceptable that this is a software problem - because Razor could fix it if they cared.

1) With the lighting completely off it still needs to be charged at least once a day which means I end up having to have it plugged in all the time (it's basically a wired mouse). Would love to use the lighting effects but then it absolutely has to be pluged in all the time. 2)They design it so that only their charge cable will fit in the port even though it just micro usb, so I had to spend money on a usb extension cord to use it away from the desk. 3)Also I know I read other reviews saying the same thing, but the alignment of the plastic is off so when you go to click (for me right click) it's obstructed so there is resistance and a loud click when the plastic gets caught, which is very annoying.

I bought this product cause i've been really wanting a mouse and i've never owned a razer product so I was looking to try it out and it let me down very badly. First time trying to plug the mouse in it wouldn't detect it at all and after trying to get it to work for 45 minutes by looking through youtube videos, their support page, and support articles I couldn't find a single thing that fixed this. I'm going to be refunding this and hopefully will never have to see another razer product after this very big disappointment.

This mouse lags and is delayed response time for my sons gaming. Had the 1 year limited warranty and they won’t do anything to resolve the issue. My son loved it until this all happened and that’s why the low stars.

Little plastic door that houses the USB dongle broke from normal use after a few months. I submitted a support ticket to try and get the door replaced, and they basically told me to kick rocks. First time, last time Razer buyer; should have gone with Logitech. Buyer BEWARE!

They are not supporting mac users who are on Big Sur 11.5.2. As of now, Synapse 2 and 3 does not work for Mac. The tracking speed slowed down when I moved to Big sur. Asked support and they have no answers. Big Sur has been out for almost a year and still no firmware update to fix. I can't go beyond the max settings of my tracking speed in mouse preferences. DO NOT BUY FOR MAC USERS. THEY NO LONGER SUPPORT MAC.

Have been trying to solve the random disconnects since I have gotten this mouse. Now I get USB not recognised errors. Getting another mouse instead.

The media could not be loaded. Let me start with I have had several Razor products and I have never had any problem with them. After about 15 day of light use the Mouse lost its Tactile feel and the click sound went almost silent and became very sensitive, very east to miss click with the lightest of touch.

I've had this mouse for a year, but I started to notice the creaky issue early on with the mouse. I didn't think anything of it because it was my first experience with a "higher end" mouse. I decided to google the creaky issue, and I just found a bunch of complaints about it so it wasn't just my mouse with this issue. I'd recommend avoiding this mouse unless they improve on it or if you find it on sale.

Heyo! So when I got this mouse I was so excited. I had the quartz keyboard and the quartz headset. Full matching. I went through 4 of those keyboards because keys were being pressed on there own. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. The headset eventually died in less then a year as well. Went through 2 of those. This mouse is the worst of all of them. The left buttons on the side were always glitchy and never quite worked right but that's fine. It was also smaller then i thought it would be. And i have pretty average hand size. I get home from work today and boot up my computer open valorant and the mouse just stops working. I tried unplugging and replugging it. I tried a different port. I removed the extender all together. Nothing worked. It still lights up but that's it. Please save your money and don't buy this hunk of junk. If you're curious I replaced my headset with a logitech G733 which is a million times better then razer kraken. And my keyboard steelseries Apex 3 which if you like mechanical keyboards but aren't to fond of the super loud sound in an open room I recommend this one. Same serotonin.
