I would like an exchange or refund this is turning white in blotches Please give instructions on how to get Warranty Services

This product totally broke after less than 6 months of very infrequent use. Barely even gets warm.

After using it 2 times sparks starting coming from the unit. Do not waste your money on this one, I wish I had not.

The cord is about 4 feet too short... is there anyway we can return and get one with a longer cord? We just received this. If you do not provide a longer cord/to be plugged in.... is it safe to use an extension cord on this product? Thanks,

We followed all instructions and this just didn’t keep up with the warming of towels! ( it’s just my husband and I that use it… couple times a week)

This is a Christmas present for my daughter. I can't rate it until she opens it up and uses it, sometime after Dec. 25.

Makes loud sounds when turned on. Does not heat evenly at all. Had small blanket in warmer for 30 mins and it came out feeling damp, smelling terrible, and barely even warm…very unhappy with quality. This item is not even worth $25 let alone $145. Absolutely ridiculous. Returned immediately.

My wife and I got back from our honeymoon to find this towel warmer BLAZING HOT on the outside of the unit like it had been on for days. It smelled like burning plastic. It did not show that it was on, and very well shouldn’t have been on considering we were gone for a week. I unplugged it promptly and couldn’t help but feel we were moments away from a disaster.

Stopped working after 3 uses. Three days.

I bought this as a gift for a very important woman in my life. After initial review and usage of this product we concluded that it works great and was functioning as intended. However, after 2 months of usage we encountered an issue. After being used one day it stopped working. After trying to contact customer service you quickly find out its just a dummy line full of ads. Essentially there is no warranty or customer service if you buy this and have issues.
