Towel warmer only heated to 65 C 150F Would not get any warmer than that. That is cooler than a shower. Manual specifications suggest a temperature a lot higher than what i was getting. Returned the product

Do not buy this product. My child burnt her hand on the outside of this. No reply from the seller.

The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t work. LED light just blinks repeatedly and it never turns on.

After a couple of weeks, the product stopped heating up. While it was working, the warmth didn't last very long despite the towel being in the warmer for 30+ minutes.

stopped working after using for two weeks. Was a wedding gift so we can’t find a way to return it since it was bought so long ago. Even before it stopped working completely it started to click when turning on and not warming towels completely. Go with a different brand!

Unfortunately, I bought this product as a Christmas gift. The product was sent to me and used AND full of hair. Disgusting. It ruined the gift opening process on Christmas day.

Do not buy as this is not a good product and it will not last long!
