The inside smells awful despite letting it air out. Wouldn’t mind as much if it didn’t make every thing you put inside it smell just as bad. Hard pass.

I was very excited to get this for a gift for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately it doesn't get very warm. He has tried it for over a week and I can tell he is bummed it didn't warm like it should. He only puts one towel in at a time but still not very warm after leaving it in the warmer. Not sure if it is just the one I received. I looked at all the reviews before I purchased.

I bought this as a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day. She loved it but after about 4 months she noticed the interior was starting to strip away. I have been trying to find a way to contact the seller but I don’t seem to have that option. Only interested in exchanging it and I purchased back in May 2021.

This warmer does not warm the towels uniformly even after 10 minutes. Returning.

I bought this towel warmer for my dad for his birthday. Unfortunately it didn’t heat up very well and if it did heat up, it wasn’t at a very warm temperature and the towel would be cold immediately upon taking it out of the warmer. Wanted to love it but will be returning.

We use this product 3 times a week for about an hour each time. It worked great for several months but on month 5 the heating element in the top have got super hot and the bottom doesn’t get hot at all. So, like I said. It worked well until it didn’t. Disappointed in its short lifespan. I would not buy it again.

Worked fine, looked very nice in my bathroom, heated towel well, but just stopped working after 8 months. Used very rarely--maybe 20 times. Very disappointed.
