Loved this item to begin with but now the entire bottom has stopped heating so towel comes out warm in a few places but mostly it’s as cold as when you put it in. Very disappointed in this waste of money.

This product does not work very well for the price. Perhaps mine is just defective because everyone else seems so happy with theirs.

It is most accommodating for big towels...plenty of room. It's cheap plastic and looks like junk for the price. I returned it so I do not know how well it works.

Super sad. Loved the idea of this, but it literally stopped working on the 30th day and it won’t let me return it. Keenray, if you see this please help a girl out. Delivered on April 27th.

Literally bought for my wife and it worked 1 Damn time And now it just clicks when you press the button and never turns on . DONT BUY GARBAGE

This does not warm up your towels completely. It makes them feel wet/moist. I returned it.

After a month of toasty towels, this device simply stopped powering on. I emailed the distributor and they seemed very understanding. Asked for a video of it failing to turn on and assured me that a refund was on its way. Here we are, months later and still no refund. Garbage product, garbage company. Take your hard earned dollars and business elsewhere.
