My unit didn’t power on and within days of being notified I was offered a new unit or a full refund! The issue is resolved and I am very satisfied!

I like this product but it could be better. First of all it comes with a scent discount that only last a few days. The second and more critical item to me is it only works well at warming the towel when the towel touches the sides. I use one towel in it and if I don't put it in just right the towel won't warm thoroughly. But if you take the time to fold it just right it works great.

The warmer stopped working after 3 weeks. Did not turn on anymore. Was great before that. As of 7/27, I received a refund. Would have been nice for it to keep working.

This towel warmer is a cute idea, but I don’t think it’s worth how expensive it is. There’s no way to control the temperature. It also has very uneven heating. So sometimes when I use it, the towels are very hot, and other times there’s barely any difference at all. It’s also made very cheaply. It looks like it has a nice wooden handle, but it’s just plastic. And the lid kept trying to fall apart when I first got it. It’s not terrible, but temper your expectations with this one.

Edit: after I left my review, The seller reached out to me and offered a complete refund that I was not expecting. The product may not be great but the customer service that they provided was top notch.

About a week in and i can certainly say this thing doesnt get all that warm. The warmth dissipates almost as soon as i wrap the towel around myself and this even after trying to keep it in there for 30 minutes. Its completely plastic. From inside to outside which might contribute to lack of heat retention. Even the handle and lid is cheap light plastic. Its workable so far but not worth the price i got it for.

The Keenray does a nice job of warming up your towel. I am very pleased with that aspect. It comes with one Aromatherapy tablet which gives off a great sent and makes the towel seem fresher. However, when I went to order a replacement tablet I could not find any on the Internet. When I inquired from Keenray they said they did not have replacement tablets and could not recommend any substitute. Very very disappointing.

Seemed to work okay for the first day, then the bottom floor stopped heating altogether. 60 minute timer was convenient so we could turn it on early. Towels and clothes fit nicely. Only 2 towels though or some clothes, not both at the same time. Maybe clothes on bottom and one towel on top. The fragrance wasn't actually too bad and I usually don't like fragrances, it made the towels smell nice. Had to turn because the bottom heater failed so anything touching the bottom would be really cold.

Received the item and will try it tonight BUT the manual says there should be a Fragrance Disc with it to use under the lid but the product came with two fragrance sachets that clearly *can't* be used under the lid.

I purchased two of these units and experienced the same problem. That is that the towel warmer concentrates its heat on the upper half of the bucket. As a result, after 30 minutes the bottom half of a towel (which contacts the bottom of the bucket) will be barely warm while the upper half of the towel will be very warm. There is a way of fixing this problem though but, as a result, you will only be able to heat one towel at a time. Basically, you need to make sure that the entire towel remains in the upper half of the bucket. You can do this by taking a towel you don't need and folding it multiple times on its long side into short column about 6 inches high. Then tie a string around it so it doesn't unravel. Place the rolled towel in the bottom of the bucket. See the attached pictures. Then loosely place the towel you want to warm on to top of the column. Don't compress the towel to be warmed. I also found a very thick towel is best to us as it retains the most heat.
