Update. Although it didn’t last, the company did provide a refund eventually. I updated my review to reflect the customer service. The item did not last. I loved this at first. Purchased in April, I have used less than 20 times. Already doesn’t work. Attempted to call the company’s customer service line. It’s just a bunch of prompts to sell you things and then disconnects if you don’t want those options. Attempted to contact by email and haven’t heard back. It was nice when it worked. But certainly not worth the price tag. I wouldn’t spend $10 on this. Very disappointed
