Works for Lower Abs!

Amazingly Fast shipping. Arrived in 2 days! Super easy to put together, just the handle bars and the top cross bar. I suggest using an actual wrench to tighten the screws on the handle bars rather than the flimsy flat wrench it comes with. Have been using it for a week now and it seems to be very sturdy, although time will tell. I have always had trouble getting rid of my belly "pouch", because I never found an effective way to target my lower abs. I did the leg presses on the machine, although I am small 5'2" so I could not hold myself up with my arms like in the image of the man in the booklet so I just laid straight down on the floor. The first day I did a total of 40 reps for leg presses and man, when I was done it felt like I was wearing control top pantyhose or Spanx across my belly, but I wasn't! It was just the tightness of the lower abs. I have continued to use this machine every day, mostly for leg presses, but also some forward crunches, and my belly area has never felt so tight and toned and looks pretty flat. As for how long I use it - I do reps instead of timing, and am now up to 200 reps for leg presses at a time. In doing them, it is important to push the bar all the way down until it hits against the base (there will be a clink) Not every body is made the same so people might have to work with this ab trainer to see what works best for them.

It works very good

It works very good, I was kind of worried about how it would work. But it works very good the first time I used it I could feel it in my stomach muscles.
