Great workout, easy and sturdy

I LOOOOVE this machine! So comfy to sit on. I go overboard doing my crunches, but I don’t care! It’s fun. I use my weights while I’m on it also!

I like it but it doesn't seem to work as well as my friends Ab Rocket. I did sit up with hers and I felt it but this one not so much. Fist time ad exerciser
