MEE x10s worked once then failed to turn on and pair with my iPhone. Because they won’t power on there is no way to do a factory reset. Don’t buy these.

My setup: I have a Macbook Air, LG USB-C external monitor, Apple Magic Keyboard and Apple Magic Mouse (two bluetooth devices). These headphones never worked right. They interfered with my mouse - I can move the mouse around and it causes sound quality to degrade, break up, speed up the song that's playing, and other weird issues. They disconnect routinely from the Macbook, causing what I was listening to to suddenly start playing out of the computer speakers instead. I put them in the charging case last night and when I opened them this morning the white lights on the headphones were on, which indicates they were still charging.Bottom line: multiple issues with connectivity, sound quality, and they're not even comfortable after extended wear (they hurt the conch area after less than hour). I like MEE as a brand, but can't recommend these at all. They're very bad headphones, not even worth the low price.

I've had a lot of bluetooth headphones, and all of them have been bad, but I thought I'd like a MEE brand pair because I've had wired MEE earbuds for years and they've never let me down. But these are such a pain to use. They almost never pair automatically when I take them out of the case, and it usually takes a few solid minutes to turn them off and on, plug and unplug my bluetooth dongle, etc. before they pair successfully. Even more frustrating than that is that when I'm done using them, I spend another minute or two making sure they charge when I put them in their case. The left earbud usually enters pairing mode when I put it in the case and I have to take it out and put it in a good 25 times before the white light comes on that tells me it's charging. If I'm impatient and I just put them both in the case, I'll have at least one earbud drained of battery by the next time I want to use them. I've used bad bluetooth earbuds before, but this problem is new and ridiculous.Sound? Fine. Battery life? Fine. None of it's worth it.Update 5 April 2020:Now I have a new problem. It's frequently disconnecting, but the return window has closed, so I'm out over $60 and I have a product that became unusable after 2 months. This is the worst thing I've ever purchased and I advise you to try a different brand.

Second pair of these I've owned. Second mistake I've made with these headphones. After about 3 months one of the earpieces stops charging. Place it in the craddle and it will either 1) charge briefly, then turn back on and drain the battery or 2) not charge at all.Skip these and get something that will actually last.

mee specifically states in the above questions that this unit has the feature and functionality of having an ambient or passthrough mode and that you access that mode by 4 quick button pushes. In fact, and in my experience with the model, the mee X10 does NOT have the ambient or pass-through feature.

Who in their right mind believe these sound good. There is absolutely zero bass at all. No matter how I put these in my ear. Are all wireless earbuds suck compared to wired? My transistor radio in the 1970s had more bass. And I really hate that you HAVE to wear the right side. I'm so disappointed. The fit is GREAT, very comfortable but I really dislike the right ear only with the left ear the slave. Paring took 10 seconds, charging is easy. Sounds like tin.

Easily the worst product I’ve ever bought. Honestly don’t know where to begin. I can literally stand between my phone and those earphones and it would cut out due to the lack of connection. The left earpiece doesn’t even work when I put it in my ear for the same reason. I do not normally leave reviews but I absolutely had to let other people know who were curious. I’m beyond livid. DO NOT BUY!!!

I was excited for these ear buds but was very very disappointed. They seemed nice. I charged them as soon as I got them. They paired with phone with no issues. On the first use the left ear bud kept cutting in and out. Not sure if it was a battery issue or connectivity issue but being that my phone was in my front pocket there should not have been a connectivity issue. When the bud turned back on it was like a record being scratched. Any way don't buy.

I bought these to use with my tv. I have their other product (MEE Connect audio transmitter for tv). They paired easily enough, but they were way too loud for me (and I listen to my tv on high volume -- that's why I got these, so my husband doesn't have to hear the tv so loud-- so if they're too loud for me, imagine how a hearing-sensitive person would feel!). There is no volume control on the earbud. I was told to increase/decrease volume on my mobile device, but the MEE Connect is just a small transmitter box plugged into the back of the tv; it has no controls. Even if I used these with a phone or music device that I carried in my pocket, I would have to take it out each time I wanted to change the volume. No thanks!! Why couldn't they just put that function on the earbud itself???

Very NON-user friendly. Then the left ear piece went dead. Total junk.
