Sound quality was below expectations and the led flame effect seemed like a repetitive flashing.Cool idea but there are so many good, small bluetooth speakers that are better.Buy a different one and light a candle.

2 * coz it looks pretty good. But I couldn't get it to connect to any of my 3 phones in family. I assume some defect in the product bluetooth connectivity. Tried resetting. Restarting. Charging it fully but could not get it to work.

Gets bad quality if the songs have too much bass or is turned up to max volume

This thing constantly drops the blue tooth connection. Already looking to replace it.

Just received and plugged in for 24 hours. Runs when plugged in very nicely. Unplug - nothing at all.Need instructions to locate and replace battery - any help out there?

The sound is only okay. The flame is kind of choppy (hard to explain) but it just doesn't look that much like a flame. The light of the flame is a nice yellow light, but you can't turn off the annoying blue light on the top of the speaker that has the volume and other bluetooth controls. For the price I don't think it's worth it. I would not recommend this product. The concept is cool but there are a few things they need to work out first.

The flame effect is very unrealistic, more like a strobe light. Not relaxing

Crappy! Sound is terrible, very disappointed! The flame is very fake. So bummed.
