Nice looking sound is ok. Major issue is the flame does not work. Received it as a gift which is very disappointing as we were excited about using it.

I would have given this five stars because my aunt lives her gift, but it came with no charging cord!! How could this possibly work with no cord??

When you try to plug them up to give them power the Charging hole would not take the charger plug after maybe three recharges. I bought four of the machines for my nieces and they all said that after they plugged it in two or three times it was impossible to plug it in after that. Poor workmanship I don’t know what the people in the other reviews are talking about this is garbage!

The sound quality of this item is poor. The volume capability was poor. The most disappointing aspect of the item is its inability to remain in sync with the device to which it is connected via Bluetooth. It is only in sync for a few seconds then gets more and more out of sync as seconds tick by. I did not have the device long enough to sample its battery life because I found it too unsatisfactory for my needs in other ways and retuned it.The flame lighting and esthetics were very nice however.

Saw this on television and had my wife purchase it, absolute GARBAGE, the light worked for two evenings and looked nice, although the speaker wouldn’t even turn on. After watching videos on how to pair it we realized the unit wasn’t even powering up and after two nights the flame light stopped working and would no longer accept a charge. Garbage 😡

Horrible product. Worked only once then could no longer connect to it. Its only worth a flickering light.
