The speaker works perfectly and sound quality is great. I found that sometimes you adjust the sound level on this device; sometimes using the bluetooth device. The sound is wonderful for the size of the speaker. I use it in my greenhouse and often have to lower the sound so as not to disturb the plants. I love the flame look as well. I recommend this device!
