Very disappointed in this, about every 2 minutes it beeps and disconnects itself from Bluetooth and I have to re-pair it to my phone.will be sending it back.

found item under search for alexa compatible devices. After calling product support they told me it is NOT compatible!!!!!

The sound was...WAS decent. Didn't disturb upstairs neighbor for the first few weeks, but still enjoyable. Now I'm better off listening to my music through my phone, it's so bad. I hardly hear anything. Save your money.

Volume is lousy. Speaker is a lot smaller than expected.

Sound quality is horrible at any medium to loud volume, which is not good for outdoors.

Huge disappointment. "Flame" looked horrible, pixelated and jerky. Sound quality was horrible, distorted and weak. I would say that this might be an isolated incident but I purchased two units and both were exactly the same. Had either the sound or the LED flame lived up the to hype I would have kept them, but since both were so terrible I had to return them right away.

great for indoor, not so for outdoors

Sound has too much static to be enjoyable to listen to. Music speaker makes a crackly noise.
