1 week after the return window closed it stopped working. The flame is still functioning but the speaker won't stay on. The battery is charged, but it won't stay on long enough to connect to anything.

Loves this device when I first received it. Syncing to my phone was easy and the light is really nice. After a couple of months and maybe 8 total uses the Bluetooth function is not working. Very disappointed in the failure of this product. Stick with a better know brand

Help! I'm remodeling courtyard and your speaker is perfect but cannot pair. Different phones, restarting etc I think speaker not working? There's no speaker prompt when turning on for 3 seconds. I know you'll fix this and I'll reverse my rating to full 5 stars, just need speaker that works. I understand these things happen

I was really happy with this product initially, but it became unusable very quickly. It paired well, the sound was really exceptional for the price of the speaker and it looks cute. It was to be a birthday gift, so I tried it quickly to ensure that it worked and then wrapped it up. At my friend's birthday party, we played music on it for An hour or so before it started making some crazy loud awful noise and wouldn't stop even when we tried to turn it off. Of course by that point the return window had closed, so I'm stuck with a speaker that doesn't work at all and only lasted a few hours. I'm very disappointed.

Wow I did not read the description well enough on this one! This thing is TINY, and flickers, doesn’t glow. So it’s pretty annoying. Can’t believe they charge $40 for this - looks/feels like a $10-$15 product at most. Don’t recommend. Sound is ok.

Product does not work. The music will play but there is no flame.

Had to return these the base neverr came in from the seller and the sound quality was bad... seems like they were dying the sound got worse over a view days.1. These are amazing to look at.2. Purchased 2 they were really hard to pair with IPhone XS. After a week I was able to pair. The reviews on how to pair helped some but if you are using 2 like I am only 1 can be paired to your device then you must pair both speakers together.3. The instructions stated they came with a base however I did not get a base with either speaker. Instructions state to email seller and I did have yet to hear from the seller regarding the “missing” base/stand for the speakers. Once I get the base will raise to 5 stars!!4. Once everything is finally paired charged and working properly sound is very good!5. Both must be turned on simultaneously in order to continue to pair and work together.

We connected two different iPhones to this speaker to test it. It seems the speaker’s maximum volume was about the same is the iPhone’s, so the speaker gave no advantage and. Had no value to us.It looks good, though!We returned it.
