I bought 2 of these because of the syncing feature. I read the one review that said disregard the naysayers and gave instructions on how to sync. But his instructions are as useless as the ones that came with the speakers. It seems to be hit or miss whether or not they will sync and I got the miss. If I hadn't bought these as a lightning deal, I would return them. I still might.If you don't care about syncing, these are great as stand alone speakers and the ambiance is worth it. But if your sole purpose for purchasing is because they sync, you will be taking a chance that you got the right batch numbers. Good luck with that.

I was hoping this would be a great little speaker but I was wrong. First, the only nice thing is the light. Looks like a flickering flame and is nice sitting outside at night. To bad that is it. The sound can only be heard if you are sitting within 10 feet. After that, nope. It will not stay connected to my phone or my wife's phone. Tried all different settings that were recommended, nope. I went back to my old $15 dollar one I have in the garage. Sound and connectivity are outstanding, just doesn't have the range of this one for Bluetooth. Save your cash.

Worth the money. Very satisfied.
