Was for my patio, doesn’t work

I'm just opening my speakers now and one light is not working? How do I go about returning one?

Way overpriced

It’s beautiful but the sound volume is too low.

Sound is very tinny, no bass

Will only stay connected via Bluetooth for 30 seconds has issues contacted seller regarding issue no response as of yet!

I don't know what to press to get it into bluetooth connect mode, I need the lights to blink indicating I'm in discoverable mode, my PC is asking to make device discoverable. I want to use this with a laptop PC.

The listing says it is stereo however I am confident it is a singular mono speaker. If anything it would have to be simulated stereo which is not the case. Simply false advertising. The LED flame is also pathetic, it is clearly not a flame and the LEDs shine harshly through the translucent plastic so doesn't give off the nice fire aesthetic you are hoping for. The speaker also doesn't get loud at all and is fairly poor quality.

I really like this speaker. The sound is good, could be a little louder, but I’m okay with what I have. The lights are awesome. I love using it outside on the deck...looks amazing and the price is the lowest I found so far. My friend has one that she bought somewhere else for double the cost and they are basically identical..just a different name brand. So if you’re on the fence, go ahead and get it, won’t be disappointed.So I had to lower my rating as now the volume doesn’t work anymore, so I’ve returned it. I did like it while it was working.
