For the type of oil filled radiant heater this is - its pretty good. But they managed to mess it up with two very dumb features. First the two heat selection knobs have a sculpted design. When you try to turn them the heater rolls across the floor. You can’t get a proper grip to turn them and the wheels aren’t lockable causing the heater to roll on hard floors. When cold you can hold the heater in place and turn the knobs with some difficulty. When hot the only handle is a flat slot without an edge to grip. You have to use your foot or bring a towel to hold the heater in place just to adjust the heat settings or turn off. Would not buy again.

heater did not come in the original factory box or with the owners manual. has 3 fins that were bent over/damaged, but no leaks. in the future you should advise the buyer that they are purchasing a used unit at the time of the purchase. when we bought this one it did not say anything about being used or at a discounted price, we paid a little less than the black colored model as we purchased the white color. this does not normally mean it isn't a new unit. we feel by keeping it as it does work you got away with selling sub-standard products without notifying the buyers.
