The heater would’ve been nice and generates a good amount of heat. However it came damaged with one of its tips.

Functions fine as a heater. Issue I had was it's not easy to move around. The area your fingers slide in does not have a recess to make it easy to move this unit. See picture for detail.

I like this heater alright, but it doesn't get anywhere near as hot as the other one we have. I wish I could identify the old one we have, it's got a much better output. This one will be fine for a smaller romm that just needs a little extra on cold nights.

Haven't tried the actual heater yet but I've had one previously and it worked brilliantly for years. This time, however, when I opened the box and started what looked like a pretty easy assembly (basically putting on the 4 base wheels with 4 butterfly nuts) I found out that the butterfly nuts were not included. Since they mention them in the Instructions I can only surmise that someone in the Packaging division left out mine (sigh). So I took the whole thing to a nearby hardware store, bought the right size butterfly nuts and begin putting on the base wheels and, lo and behold, one of the protruding screws that I was supposed to put the butterfly nut on was so short that it didn't give enough length for the butterfly nut to even go on, much less tighten. So I left it at 3 wheels. If you think, after the day I've had, that I'm returning this you're crazy. God knows where it would end up. But I would like to stress to Pelonis (if you even read these reviews) to spring for a few more sets of eyeballs on the Packaging process.

I bought two of these for each of my kids rooms. The product itself is great but please heed my warning: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT USED as i did. The first one I received included everything necessary and had minor damage that did not affect it’s use at all so was all good. The second one, however, arrived in the box upside down, missing the wing nuts needed to attach the wheels (easy fix with nuts but would have been more convenient if provided), and the cord holder completely cracked and broken as well as some bends and dents. The heater itself works but I would have rather spent $10 more per heater for a new ones not all beat up. They should have been sold for a much lower price considering the damages as they work great for heating but were more in poor condition, not good.
